I talked to the CEO of the company. He said they had some issues on their end. I am changing my rating from one star to three, the app worked after the CEO told me to retry. The company was quick to respond to me and are generally concerned about their customers satisfaction with their product.

Library scan will not go past 10%. Listen to all the other reviews. This app does not work. This company will steal two dollars from their customers and laugh themselves to the bank.
